Well, my backyard brunches are a hit! I definitely throw the best brunches on the block. 🙂
All my birds are showing up with friends and family making this a major event. While I love all the chirping and watching the birds enjoy themselves, it’s drawing predator attention and I’m needing to be on high alert. While man bird was pretty scary, try a Cooper Hawk. This bird crashed my party twice and the third time I would be prepared, or so I thought… Within a blink of an eye, s/he showed me that I was no match as s/he weaved through my yard in 2 seconds. I was blown away! Luckily, s/he didn’t manage to capture any of my special little birds. I have to say, this is the fastest most calculated bird I’ve seen yet. The Cooper Hawk definitely has moves and it doesn’t intimidate easy.
