This little guy must have been from the 3rd batch of fledglings. After he was chased out of the yard by his parents on multiple occasions, he would still continued to visit when they were not around. I remember he was so curious jumping from planter to planter foraging in the veggies. Even with the his parents plate I had put out to share with him, he would not notice it and continued to forage for bugs. A few times, when his parents would show, he just tried to remain in harmony but they weren’t having it! Soon enough he would be chased off for good. I was sad when he didn’t come around anymore but I knew I could hear his call in the distance.
